Dubai in High League Of "Quality Of Life" Worldwide Index

"Quality of Life" Worldwide Index for the first part of 2023 has been recently published by international research firm Numbeo. According to it, Dubai is in top percentile among global peers with "very high" overall index grade, thanks to the Emirate Government tireless efforts for multi-faceted economic and social development. In particular, the city demonstrated very high positions in purchasing power and safety criteria, as well as very low property price to income ratio. Yet Dubai was marked as having moderate cost of living, despite booming trends in real estate and commercial life in the city during the last two years. As a result, Dubai has a very strong competitive advantage in property prices and cost of living over e.g. Hong Kong, Tel Aviv, New York and Most of European capitals.
